生產線主要由多用爐 ，清洗機 ，高（低）溫回火爐 ，料車 ，升降備料台 ，固定備料台以及多用爐控製係統組成 。根據客戶需求 ，可對設備進行自由組合排列 。根據客戶場地要求 ，設備布置方式可以采用直線型布置或者雙向方式布置 。
This production line mainly consists of multi-purpose furnace, cleaner, high (low) temperature tempering furnace, skip trolley, lifting feeding preparation platform, fixed feeding preparation platform and multi-purpose furnace control system. The equipment can be freely combined and arranged according to customer requirements. The equipment can be arranged in a straight line or two ways according to the requirements of the customer's site.
本生產線既適用於大批量生產 ，也可用於小批量多品種生產 。適用於各種類型的複雜零件滲碳 、碳氮共滲 、保護氣氛下的無氧化加熱淬火 、正火 、退火等 ，使用範圍廣泛 。
This production line is suitable for both mass production and production of small batches and multiple varieties. It is widely applicable to carburizing, carbonitriding, non-oxidizing heating quenching, normalizing and annealing of various types of complex parts under protective atmosphere.
