此生產線適用於大型結構件氣體滲碳 、淬火 、調質 、正火 、退火工藝熱處理 。工件直接裝爐無需料盤 ，節能效果顯著 。轉移料車采用優化結構設計 。工件由加熱爐轉移到淬火槽時 ，轉移料車取料後可以直接轉移 ，取消回退和送料行程時間 ，實現工件快速轉移淬火功能 。
生產線主要構成 ：上料台 、大型可控氣氛罩式加熱爐 、淬火槽 、罩式高（低）溫回火爐 、軌道叉車式轉移料車 、風冷台等組成 。生產線控製係統可以輔助生成生產工藝 、自動記錄工藝過程數據 ，實現產品跟蹤追溯等 。其拓展模塊可以與上位機係統聯網 ，實現在線生產控製 。
